EMEA carrier HP SDP Service Governance Framework (SGF) used for delivering streamlined partner and test environment A EMEA carrier with 140 Million mobile subscribers wanted to create a showcase environment that would simplify the process of integrating large numbers of partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). APBW – Taiwan Customized content portal for mobile users Asia Pacific Broadband Wireless Communications Inc. Turkcell HP SDP implemented for state of the art portal Turkcell—Turkey’s leading operator and the second largest GSM operator in Europe—set out to create a service delivery platform and implement a state-of-the-art, userfriendly subscriber portal. In early 2005, the Turkcell and HP teamed up to create an service delivery platform (SDP) that would help ensure the most effective delivery of innovative new services.
